Client Testimonials
'...long term problems with my back have improved immensely, together with my posture and core strength.'
M L - Speldhurst
....'Over the last 6 months I have noticed that I have become stronger, and sleep so much better! The classes are comfortably challenging, and I feel the positive impact on my body in the days after.
Suzannes classes have also inspired me to eat better, and really look at the way I move and how I hold my posture. Self care is very important to me.
I have also found that I do not ache first thing in the morning like I used to!
Pilates is possibly my favourite hour in my week, for that one hour, my mind and body are 100% focused.
What do Suzannes Pilates classes mean to me? A calm focused mind, and a stronger healthier body. My time for self care.'

...most of all, it is Sues relaxed style of teaching that I enjoy. You are relaxed & informal, yet detailed and patient. She takes time to go round and give advice with good humour and grace, seeing us all as individuals.
